  •  A 5-day immersive group trip rooted in movement, community, and cultural exploration in Sayulita, Mexico. It’s not a yoga retreat. It’s a curated experience for people who want to move, grow, and connect with others and with themselves.

  • Active, growth-minded humans in their 20s–60s who love new experiences. Most guests come solo and leave with deep friendships. If you love to move, laugh, eat well, and explore - you’ll fit right in.

  • Yes! Most of our guests come solo. The experience is intentionally designed to build connection from day one - you’ll feel like you’re traveling with old friends.

  • Yes. Expect daily movement (yoga, strength, surf, or hikes). It’s not bootcamp, but this is an active trip. You should have a moderate to strong fitness level and enjoy moving regularly.

  • That’s perfect. We meet you where you are. If you do yoga, strength classes, run, or hike a few times a week, you’ll be just fine.

  • We offer daily movement sessions like vinyasa yoga, functional fitness/HIIT, and mobility flows. The type of yoga practiced will be vinyasa flow, or Power Vinyasa, with some added heat to get the heart rate up and push the body. Surfing and hiking are also included.

  • Nope. Surfing is optional, though encouraged. We work with amazing local instructors and offer alternatives if you’d prefer to skip it. You can join the surf trip, hang out on the beach, and cheer on others!

  • Sayulita is a vibrant surf town on Mexico’s Pacific coast, about one hour north of Puerto Vallarta (PVR). It’s known for its laid-back vibe, walkability, and strong local culture.

  • Fly into Puerto Vallarta International Airport. From there, it's a 60-minute drive. We’ll provide detailed transport info and help coordinate shared rides with others in the group to ensure you feel supported along the way.

  • If you extend your stay before or after the trip, airport transfers are not included, but we help you organize them. Expect ~$50 USD for a shared or private ride.

  • You’ll need a valid passport that doesn’t expire within 6 months of your travel date. No visa is required for U.S. citizens.

  • Yes. We can help you extend your stay at our partner hotel at a preferred rate.

  • Please do not book your flight until you are given the go ahead by Blue–we are keeping a close eye on things and will let you know the best time to book!

  • You’ll get a full packing list 30 days before your trip - activewear, layers, beach gear, and other essentials to get you ready!

  • Yes. It protects you if you have to cancel or experience delays. Purchase it as soon as you book your flight.

  • You’ll stay at Ximena Boutique Hotel - our private, reserved space for the week. This stylish and thoughtfully designed hotel is just minutes from the beach and town. Each room features either a king or two queen beds, a desk, balcony, and separate shower and toilet. With a rooftop pool, movement space, and on-site restaurant, it’s the perfect home base for comfort, community, and connection. Only our group will be on-site, so you can truly settle in. There are limited private rooms (king bed) for solo travels or partners wanting to share a bed. Shared rooms consist of two queen sized beds, and solo travelers who purchase this package will likely be placed with another person.

  • Each day includes structured movement, adventure, and downtime. Expect a rhythm like:

    • 7:30–10:00 AM: Optimal Morning Routine, Movement class + breakfast

    • 10:00–12:30 PM: Surf or guided hike

    • 1:00–6:30 PM: Lunch, Free Time, Temazcal/Beach, Workshop

    • 6:30–8:30 PM: Group dinner (on select nights) or sunset beach walk & explore the local food scene

  • Yes. We build in solo time for rest, reflection, or spontaneous plans with new friends.

  • November through February is the best time to visit Sayulita - warm, sunny, and dry. Expect daytime temps in the upper 70s, with cooler evenings in the low 60s. The ocean stays swimmable year-round, with water temps around 75°F. Perfect for movement, beach time, and adventure.

  • We keep it intimate, anywhere from 8 to 16 guests per trip. That means deeper connection and a more personal experience.

  • Yes. Sayulita is considered one of the safest travel destinations in Mexico. We stay in trusted accommodations and our team is familiar with the area.

  • Absolutely. Many of our guests are solo women, and safety is a priority from the moment you arrive.

  • Yes. Many guests request this. We’ll pair you with a compatible roommate and introduce you before the trip.

  • Click “Book Now” on our site. You’ll be taken to WeTravel to pay your deposit and complete your registration. Once booked, you’ll get a welcome guide and eventually be added to our private WhatsApp group chat.

  • Yes! Just let us know when you put down your deposit that you are interested in a payment plan and we will set that up for you.

    • Deposits are non-refundable.

    • Cancel 60+ days in advance: your deposit may be transferable to a future trip.

    • Cancel <60 days: 100% of the trip is non-refundable.

    • No refunds for arriving late, leaving early, or missed activities.

    • We strongly recommend travel insurance.

  • We reserve the private boutique hotel accommodations and local vendors far in advance. Your deposit locks in those reservations and supports local partners.

  • We will ask for all retreat attendees’ dietary restrictions upon registration and accommodate all dietary needs for group meals.
