RETREAT DEPOSIT ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your deposit, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your despot for any reason, whether your credit card has been charged or not. In all cases, if your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled you will receive a prompt refund credit to your account.

Once a deposit has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

An email will be sent 24 hours after paying your deposit confirming payment and reserving your spot. This email will also include details on all next steps.

We take fraud very seriously and have fraud protection systems in place. Should your order be flagged for fraud, it will automatically be cancelled and refunded to your credit card. We make every effort to maintain the availability of our site. However, should we experience technical difficulties, we are not responsible for deposits that are not processed or accepted.

RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

Initial deposits are strictly non refundable.

If canceled 60 days before the Retreat start date, your initial deposit may be transferable to another retreat.

If canceled less than 60 days prior to the Retreat start date, 100% of the Retreat price is forfeited.

If you choose to join the Retreat after the start date or leave the Retreat prior to the end date, full payment of the Retreat price will apply.

Please do not book your flight until you have received a confirmation to do so. You will be provided with instructions on when to arrive/depart along with other travel related information within 30 days of making your deposit.

An information package will be sent 30 days prior to departure and will include the retreat schedule, recommended packing list and trip details.
